Based on the attached storyboard, create a 15-second horizontal 16:9 transformation scene video.

Theme: 
A super high-quality transformation scene focused on cuteness, where an anime character is enveloped in rainbow magic and a large amount of ribbon decorations while transforming into a photorealistic real-life-style heroine.

Flow: 
At the beginning, the anime-style protagonist stands in a fantastical pink and pastel rainbow space. The protagonist has large eyes, long dark brown wavy hair, fluffy bangs, a small pink ribbon hair accessory, an oversized white knit sweater, a pale pink ruffled skirt, white socks, and white platform sneakers. 
In panels 1-2, show super close-ups of the cute anime face and eyes. 
In panel 3, they reach out their hand, and rainbow particles, hearts, gems, ribbons, and sparkling decorations start to flow from the fingertips. 
In panels 4-6, pink ribbon bands, rainbow lights, heart-shaped effects, jewels, and lace-like magic circles swirl at high speed around the protagonist.
